The problem

Uptime says green. The form has been broken for three weeks.

A form can render perfectly and still lose every submission. Uptime monitors check the page. Nobody checks the pipeline behind it, so the first sign of trouble is a customer asking why nobody called them back.

A plugin update renames a field

Conditional logic silently stops matching. Validation fails for every real visitor, and the page still looks fine.

SMTP credentials expire

Entries keep saving to the database. The notification your sales team relies on never leaves the server.

A cache or firewall rule swallows the submit

Four links in the chain. A real submission has to pass every one.

Generic monitors stop at the first link. FormGuard runs the whole chain from the outside in, and tells you exactly which link failed.

    We call the FormGuard plugin on your site over HTTPS and expect it to answer. Response time is recorded every run.

    The plugin submits your saved test profile through Gravity Forms' own pipeline, conditional fields and all, and checks it passes validation.

    We confirm an entry was actually written and get its ID back. Entries are tagged as monitoring so they never pollute your real entries.

    Each run carries a unique token. We wait for the notification to land in a monitoring inbox and match the token. No email, no pass.

How it works

Set up once. Then let it run every day.

No browser bots, no fragile click scripts. The plugin submits through Gravity Forms server-side, so multi-page and AJAX forms work on day one.

    Download it from your FormGuard dashboard, activate it, and paste in the site key. That's the whole connection.

    Pick the forms that matter

    Your Gravity Forms sync automatically. Choose the enquiry, quote and sign-up forms you can't afford to lose.

    Save a test profile

    Fill in realistic values for each required field once. Every check reuses that profile, so the test looks like a real customer.

    We submit, verify, and alert

    A test entry goes through the full chain. Pass or fail is recorded with the reason, and you only hear from us when something is wrong.

One alert when it breaks. One when it's fixed. Nothing in between you didn't ask for.

A single failed run doesn't page anyone. FormGuard re-runs the check 10 minutes later and only alerts when the failure is confirmed. Long outages re-surface on a widening schedule instead of every day.
